The Seth E. Ward Residence (also know as the William Bent House and the Frederick B. Campbell Residence), is a “T” plan, Greek Revival style farmhouse, which despite many additions maintains many of the home’s original architectural elements. Built in 1871 located in the prestigious Country Club District of Kansas City, Missouri, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (#79001664).
As part of the 44th Annual Symphony Designers’ Showhouse, Tam and her team lead the interior design and decoration of the home’s main Dining Room. Inspiration for the design was derived from the room’s original golden and plum-colored alternating oak flooring and the obvious Greek Revival style of the home. Tam and her team were awarded with the “Best Design” recognition for their room.
